We do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package all of our coffee fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us admin@tampertampercoffee.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and, if possible, attach photographs illustrating the fault.
Our team will review your request and may request additional information or images for assessment.
Once the fault is confirmed, we will either send you a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund to your original payment method.
This returns policy is specifically for products deemed faulty due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
